Returns & Exchanges
For both Website and FB Live orders:
At TaraGemsGalore, we are committed to quality and designs of our products. But we do understand that sometimes the item didn’t work out the way you wanted it to be. So, we do offer the return for the store credit under the following conditions. But, restocking fees will be applied on each cancelled and returned item
* The item must be unused, unworn and should be in the new condition as it was delivered to you. We will NOT accept any used or worn items.
* You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item (Date of the item when it is delivered to you) and mail us back the item/items within 2 days of receiving the product.
* The return shipping charges have to be taken care by the client. Once the item is shipped out, you have to email us at [email protected] with the tracking number.
* Restocking fees on order amount:
* $0-$99: $12 restocking fees is applied to each item being retuned
* $100 and above: 20% restocking fees
* We do not accept returns/exchanges on bangles/kadas (please know your size before placing an ordering)
How to pack and send the items back?
* Please pack each item as you have received it.
* Place the item/items in the same gift box you have received, add the white cushions around it and then securely pack it in the bubble mailer.
* We can not issue the refund if the item is not packed (as guided above) or broken during the transit. So, please pack the jewelry as guided above.
Once our team as inspected the item/items, return/refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the item/items.
What should you do if items are damaged in transit?
We are committed to our packaging and spend a lot of time in making sure each piece is inspected carefully and then packed with love and care. But, sometimes due to the poor handling by courier companies, items can be damaged during transit.
In that case, we offer to replace, fix any damaged item or give you credit for your next purchase, please make sure to record the opening of the package showing all the pieces from start to end without pausing, in order to get credit or replacements. Without the opening video, we wont be able to take your request.
* You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product (Date of the item when it is delivered to you). Please send us the opening video and the picture of the defected item at [email protected]
* Any reports after this timeframe will not be considered.
* Once we receive your email, we will let you know how to mail us the damaged product.
* Damaged items must be shipped back within 2 days of receiving the email from us.
* We will send the replacement back within 3 days of receiving the damaged piece back.
We are not responsible if order is lost or stolen during the transit.
* Once the item is shipped out, the tracking number is shared with you via email provided. It will give you live destination tracking. If on tracking number/link, the order is showed delivered on the address and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS immediately.

We are not responsible for the packages that are returned to us due to any of the following reasons. Once the item is received by us, we will notify you.
* If your mail box is full
* If you have mentioned the address wrong
* If you have moved to a new location and didn’t share the updated address with us.
*If the returned package is lost during the transit, we are not responsible for it. It’s the clients responsibility to contact the USPS and follow up with them
